The Tutor makes no promises or warranties with regards to a Student’s performance as a result of any tutoring provided.

LATE ARRIVAL & ABSENCE

Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule and no adjustment shall be made for any time lost due to late arrival or absence of the student

TERMINATION

This contract may only be terminated after the end of the academic year, end of July. Please note that we do not do refunds or rollovers. This is a monthly subscription that cannot be stopped half way, it can only be stopped (with written notice) at the end of the academic year (July). If you would like your child to stop at the end of an academic year, you will need to send a 1 month written notice before the end of July to let us know, otherwise we will assume you are happy for your child to proceed to the next year group and carry on with their learning for the new academic year at Tecnis Academy (September start).

For short programs, you are expected to make full payment or complete all of the instalments set out on it. You will not be able to pull out half way on any of our short or long programs.

FEES PAYABLE TO TECNIS ACADEMY

Fees may be adjusted from time to time and shall become effective after having given the student/parent a substantial amount of notice.

PAYMENT

The monthly payment will be taken out of your bank account on the 1st working day of the month. If you have registered mid-way through the month, your first fee will be calculated pro-rata, then this payment will be taken out 2 to 5 working days after you have registered, subsequent payments after this will be taken out on the 1st of each month. The payments will come from the same bank account you have used to pay for the £5 registration fee. We do not do refunds or rollovers.
